It’s as simple as that!
In November we hosted an Employee Appreciation Event as our way of saying “thank you” to our team, giving employees from every office the opportunity to
get together outside of work for a night of celebration. Employees from our branch offices attended as well; some driving over from as far away as Central Oregon and Kennewick, WA. This year we hosted the event in Camas, WA at the Fairgate Inn. The night began with drinks and hors’dourves, followed by dinner and “Casino Night.”
Each of our Partners wore one of our new brand colors, and recognized employees who reached a milestone year of service at 5, 10, 15 and 20 years! Casino night was held at the Fairgate as well, and one of the rooms was turned into a casino with Blackjack, Craps and Poker. Prizes were given at the end of the night to the big winners (those with the most fake money!).
Building relationships is an important cornerstone of our business and the same holds true among our employees. Our internal culture and lifestyle emulates the way we do business. If our employees are happy, our clients are happy!
