Congratulations are in order for Hollie Logan and Kaitlin Shrier, both of whom recently earned important certifications from leading professional organizations within our industry.      

Hollie has earned a Certificate in Public Participation from the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2). The Certificate means IAP2, the country’s leading public participation professional organization, has determined Hollie is qualified to design and deliver customized public participation programs. Training includes immersive multi-day courses focusing on Planning for Effective Public Participation, Effective Communications for Public Participation, and Techniques for Effective Public Participation. Hollie will put her demonstrated skills and this certification to good use as our new Community Engagement Manager.

Kaitlin recently became a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM). The CPSM designation is granted by the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and is earned by meeting educational and experience requirements and passing a rigorous written examination. Kaitlin passed her exam on the first try, which is no small feat! She is now part of an exclusive group of approximately 820 CPSMs across the country (which also includes our own Lisa Schauer). As a CPSM, Kaitlin is poised to support our market sector leads and help us meet our lofty business development goals in the coming years.
