Vancouver, WA & Roseville, CA –April 17, 2025 — MacKay Sposito, a multidisciplinary consulting firm based in the Pacific Northwest, has entered into a strategic partnership with Burrell Consulting Group, a respected civil engineering and land surveying firm in Roseville, California. The move represents a shared vision for growth and long-term success, aligning the two firms through common values, complementary expertise, and a strong commitment to client service.

Burrell Consulting Group, founded in 1990, brings more than 35 years of experience in land development and energy markets and a team of 20 professionals who are deeply rooted in their region. The Burrell office will continue operating under its current name for now, with future plans to rebrand as a branch office of MacKay Sposito. President Jerry Aplass will remain in his leadership role and continue guiding the Roseville team..
