Tom shares that this old bull has been playing hid-and-seek with him and other crew members for several months.
Tom works as a Lead Inspector on the Tucannon Wind Farm Project in Eastern Washington. He joined the MSi team in April 2013 and has over 30 years of Construction Management and Inspection experience ranging from wind farm construction/operation, to County roadway and utility improvements, and nuclear power plant construction/operation.
